- Для поддержки, разработки и улучшения услуг First Line, в частности, с помощью генерации статистики об их использовании (Аналитика)

- Для персонализации и улучшения вашего пользовательского опыта (Улучшение)
- Для защиты прав через установление, реализацию или защиту юридических претензий, а также защиты от претензий третьих сторон (Разрешение споров)
Ваши персональные данные обрабатываются исключительно для тех целей, для которых они были собраны, если только не возникнет обоснованная необходимость использовать их для совместимой с оригинальной цели. О необходимости использовать ваши данные для иных целей вас уведомят с указанием законных оснований.

- Коммуникация — юридические обязательства First Line или законный интерес в контексте пополнения аккаунта.

First Line Support (“First Line”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses shares and otherwise process your Personal Data with interacting with you through First Line website.
This privacy policy is designed to help you understand how your data is used, inform you of your rights and how to exercise your rights.
1. What Personal Data do we process?
“Personal Data” (or “Data”), is all information that identifies you:
- either directly, for example, your last name, first name, email address or telephone number;
- or indirectly, for example your account ID, IP address, cookie identifier or game data.

- to allow you to top-up your steam account, handle complaints (“Communication”)
- to maintain, develop and improve First Line services, in particular by generating statistics regarding their use (“Analytics”)
- To protect First Lines website and or other applicable platforms (“Security”)
- To personalize and improve your user experience (“Improvement”)
- To exercise rights by establishing, exercising or defending a legal claim or in order to defend itself against a legal claim from third parties (“Dispute Resolution”)
Your Personal Data are solely processed for the purposes for which they were collected and which you have been informed about, unless we reasonably consider that it is necessary to use it for another reason which is compatible with the original purpose. If a use of your Personal Data is necessary for an unrelated purpose, you will be notified and provided with the lawfulness basis allowing to do so.
Your Personal Data will be processed if and to the extent a lawful basis enables such processing. Your Personal Data will be processed based on the following lawfulness basis:
- Communication
First’s legal obligation where such a communication is imposed by a legal or regulatory requirement, First’s legitimate interest where such communication is performed in the context of your steam’s account top-up.
- Analytics: either we collect your consent, or we perform this processing based on our legitimate interest.
- Security: First’s legitimate interest to protect its website.
- Improvement: First’s legitimate interest to improve its services and enhance the user experience.
- Dispute Resolution: First’s, as the case may be, legitimate interest to be able to exercise its rights and to defend itself against legal claims.
3. Your rights in relation to your Personal Data
Under the GDPR you have rights as an individual which you can exercise under certain circumstances in relation to your Personal Data that we hold. These rights are to:

- Retention period
First will only retain your Personal Data for as long as needed in order to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements.
In some circumstances First may anonymize your Personal Data so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is no longer considered as Personal Data. Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, we will securely destroy your Personal Data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that we may use or disclose Personal Data if we are required by law to do so or if we reasonably believe that use or disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with judicial or regulatory proceedings, a court order or other legal process.
